岗位职责

As a Junior Research Fellow, you will contribute to policy research and human rights projects. Your responsibilities include:

Conducting literature reviews and synthesizing academic and policy documents.

Assisting in the design and implementation of research methodologies.

Collecting, organizing, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.

Drafting research reports, policy briefs, and other written outputs.

Collaborating with senior researchers and team members on ongoing projects.

Participating in virtual meetings, workshops, and seminars.

Candidates should possess:

Current enrollment in or completion of a Bachelor's degree in political science, international relations, human rights, law, economics, or a related field.

Strong analytical and research skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
