The Supervisory Program Manager (PM) Registered Nurse (RN) executes position responsibilities that demonstrate leadership, experience, and creative approaches to the management of all Nursing Education and Research program aspects.
The PM Supervisor is responsible and accountable for the direction and supervision of specific orientation, training, development of staff, and evaluation of individual staff performance.
