Assistant Nurse Manager - Mental health

The Assistant Nurse Manager supports the Nurse Manager with supervisory duties and is responsible and accountable for the 24/7 operations of the Inpatient Mental Health unit. Key responsibilities include:

Supervising and directing nursing staff in the delivery of patient care.

Providing coverage for other Assistant Nurse Managers as needed.

Overseeing the orientation, training, and development of staff.

Providing input into the evaluation of individual staff performance.

Ensuring compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
