Kitchen Stewardswill be responsible for ensuring all wares, utensils, pots, pans, and equipment are properly washed, sanitized, and stored, while also managing dish machine operations including water and chemical levels, temperature standards, and regular breakdown and cleaning. Kitchen Stewards are expected to set up, organize, and restock supply areas at the beginning and end of each shift, report any equipment or maintenance issues, and handle all wares with care to prevent breakage or loss. Additional responsibilities include sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning surfaces and walls, maintaining garbage and recycling procedures, inspecting cleanliness of items, and preparing the workspace for the next shift. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday.
