岗位职责
As an Account Manager Apprenticeships at RAC, you will be responsible for coaching and guiding HVAC and Refrigeration apprentices as they progress through their qualifications and on-the-job training. Your key duties include:
Coaching apprentices to build real-world skills and confidence on the tools.
Supporting apprentices through their qualification journey, ensuring they meet training milestones.
Coordinating with employers and training providers to facilitate effective on-the-job learning.
Monitoring apprentice progress and providing constructive feedback to help them succeed.

To be successful in this role, you should have:
Experience in coaching or mentoring apprentices, preferably in engineering trades.
Strong knowledge of HVAC and Refrigeration systems and industry practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with apprentices and stakeholders.
