Youth Program Specialist

【岗位职责】 负责协调和指导青少年飞行活动，确保符合行政程序并支持项目运营；与团队成员紧密合作，实施项目目标，监控参与者进展，并维护准确记录；协助评估项目有效性，提出改进建议以提升青少年参与度和成果；根据正式管理培训生培训与发展计划，完成指定的发展任务和培训。 【任职要求】 积极参与培训课程，培养项目管理、领导力和运营监督技能；具备青少年飞行指导与行政管理相关职责的执行能力；能够确保合规性并支持项目运营；具备团队协作、记录维护和项目评估的基本素质。

To qualify for this position, applicants must meet one of the following basic requirements: a degree that included or was supplemented by major study in education or a subject-matter field appropriate to the position; or a combination of education and experience equivalent to a major in education or a subject-matter field appropriate to the position, plus appropriate experience or additional coursework providing comparable knowledge. For GS-07 level, applicants must have completion of 1 academic year of graduate-level education, a bachelor's degree with Superior Academic Achievement, 5 academic years of pre-professional study, or 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least GS-5. Specialized experience must include at least 1 year at the next lower grade GS-5 or equivalent in other pay systems, providing knowledge to perform the duties of the position successfully.
