Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols, including proper handling and storage of ingredients. Ensure all products and prepared items are properly labeled, dated, initialed, covered, and rotated following
FIFO(first in, first out). Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations during service. Follow opening and closing procedures as instructed by kitchen management.
