Servers will be responsible for greeting members and guests, providing detailed menu insights, taking and placing orders, promptly delivering food and beverages, executing pre-service side work, including tasks such as lemon slicing, table preparation, and beverage preparation, maintaining the condition of dining areas, banquet spaces, storage facilities, and service stations, and answering phones in the restaurant, when needed.
Servers will also be responsible for setting up and dismantling banquet and dining events which include preparing and restoring event spaces before and after events.
Setup tasks may include arranging and positioning tables and chairs, placing linens, setting tables, stocking services stations, placing décor or event materials, and ensuring the event space is ready for service.
Dismantling banquets and dining events include clearing tables, removing linens, returning furniture to its standard configuration, breaking down service stations, removing event materials or décor, and cleaning and resetting the space for normal operations.
Schedule: 40 hours per week.
Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday.
Example shift: 10:00am – 6:00pm.
