As an IT Workplace Intern at Scaleway, you will support the IT team in managing and optimizing our internal workplace technology infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of end-user hardware (laptops, desktops, mobile devices) and software across the organization.
Providing technical support to employees, troubleshooting issues related to operating systems, productivity tools, and network connectivity.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and common productivity software.
