General Education and Training Specialist

【岗位职责】 完成与多种教育服务项目相关的全方位常规职责；按照正式培训与发展计划完成指定任务和培训；支持教育项目与培训计划的设计、实施和评估；与利益相关者协调，确保项目与组织目标一致；协助开发教学材料，并向不同受众提供培训课程；监控参与者进度，收集反馈，并提出项目改进建议；维护培训活动的准确记录，准备报告，并确保符合相关政策与标准；与团队成员合作，识别培训需求，并推动教育服务的持续改进。 【任职要求】 具备完成教育服务项目相关常规职责的能力；能够按照培训与发展计划完成指定任务；具备支持教育项目设计、实施和评估的技能；能够与利益相关者有效协调；具备开发教学材料和提供培训课程的能力；能够监控进度、收集反馈并提出改进建议；具备记录维护和报告撰写能力；熟悉相关政策与标准；具备团队协作和识别培训需求的能力。

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work through National Service Programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, and social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills that translate directly to paid employment. Candidates should have experience in education or training settings, with demonstrated ability to perform conventional duties related to education services programs. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. Familiarity with instructional design and program evaluation is preferred.
