Facility Operations Specialist

The Facility Operations Specialist provides support for the Salisbury Medical Center and outlying Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) across all Facilities Management Service (FMS) divisions, including Maintenance & Operations, Safety Management, Projects and Planning, and Biomedical and Space Management. The incumbent operates under the general supervision of the Assistant Chief. Key responsibilities include managing a comprehensive maintenance program for complex facilities, such as hospitals, office buildings, or special-purpose installations.

To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of 05/18/2026. Individual Occupational Requirement (IOR): Applicants must possess a major study in engineering, industrial arts, property management, or business administration (transcript required).
