Social Worker - Healthcare for Homeless Veterans

The Social Worker serves Veterans assigned to the Healthcare for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) - Housing and Urban Development/VA Supported Housing (HUD-VASH) program at Lebanon VAMC and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include providing a Veteran-centric approach when delivering interventions and counseling to Veterans, their family members, caregivers, and survivors. The Social Worker assesses the psychosocial functioning and needs of Veterans and their families, formulating and implementing treatment plans that identify problems, strengths, weaknesses, coping skills, and assistance needed.

United States Citizenship. Master's degree in social work from a school fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE). A doctoral degree in social work may not substitute for the master's degree.
