Data Mining in the ServiceNow Platform

As a Data Mining participant in the ServiceNow Platform, you will support a data-based project for a Federal mission. Your primary responsibilities include analyzing data and information to identify trends, patterns, and insights. You will make recommendations on data findings and propose solutions for program improvement. You will manage multiple assignments, projects, and initiatives simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met. You will communicate findings and present recommendations to team members and stakeholders.

Applicants must be enrolled at least half-time in an accredited institution with permission to participate. Demonstrated knowledge, skills, or abilities related to data mining and analysis. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
