As a Physician in Aerospace Medicine, you will provide comprehensive medical care and support to military personnel, focusing on the unique health challenges of aviation and flight environments.
Your primary responsibilities include conducting medical examinations and evaluations for aircrew members to ensure they meet physical and psychological standards for flight duties.
You will diagnose and treat conditions related to aerospace medicine, such as hypoxia, decompression sickness, and spatial disorientation, and manage occupational health risks associated with flight operations.

To qualify for this position, you must possess a Doctor of Medicine degree in a primary care specialty such as Aerospace Medicine, Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics, Pediatrics, or Emergency Medicine from an accredited school in the United States or Canada.
