Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers direct patient care, applying the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for a diverse patient population. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive health assessments, developing individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient responses, and documenting care in the electronic health record. The RN collaborates with interdisciplinary teams—including physicians, social workers, and allied health professionals—to coordinate care transitions and ensure continuity.
