Oncology Cancer Care Navigator

The Oncology Cancer Care Navigator Registered Nurse is responsible for coordinating and managing the care of oncology patients throughout the continuum of care. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care based on age-specific components. Key responsibilities include patient education, promoting self-management, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The nurse assumes accountability for all elements of the nursing process when providing or supervising direct patient care, focusing on seamless care coordination from diagnosis through treatment and follow-up.

Qualifications: Must be proficient in basic written and spoken English as per 38 U.S.C. 7403(f).
