Lock and Security Specialist

As a Lock and Security Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of locking systems and related equipment within a correctional facility. Your primary duties include the technical assessment, maintenance, and repair of various locks and locking systems to ensure they function correctly and securely. You will conduct routine inspections and tests of security devices, including access controls, physical protection devices, monitoring equipment, and remote alarm systems, to identify and resolve any issues promptly.

To qualify for this position, you must meet one of the following requirements: Education: For GL-07: One full year of graduate level education or superior academic achievement.
