This opportunity is ideal for an international candidate with an academic or professional background in business administration, hospitality management, sports management, event management, tourism, or a related field who wants to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic U.S. organization. About the Training Opportunity The participant will gain broad exposure to the administrative and operational functions involved in running a professional organization. The training will progressively develop skills in: Day-to-day business and operational procedures Administrative coordination and organization Scheduling and activity coordination Professional communication and correspondence Recordkeeping and administrative systems Supporting daily operational needs Planning and coordinating events and special programs Participant and customer communications Event logistics and operational preparation Team coordination and workflow management Leadership and decision-making Problem-solving and independent responsibility Professional development and management skills As the participant progresses through the program, training will move from foundational observation and supervised activities toward independent operational responsibilities and leadership development
. The participant will also gain experience understanding how different functions work together to successfully deliver programs, events and day-to-day operations. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: A degree or educational background in business administration, hospitality, tourism, sports management, event management or a related field Previous internship or professional experience in administration, hospitality, events, sports or customer service Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail The ability to manage multiple responsibilities A professional and positive attitude Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills An interest in developing leadership and management skills Good English communication skills Candidates with experience in event coordination, hospitality, sports organizations, customer service or administrative operations are encouraged to apply.
