【岗位职责】 负责分析、设计、开发、实施和维护计算机系统、网络及软件应用，以支持组织目标；排查并解决复杂技术问题，确保系统可靠性、安全性和性能；与跨职能团队协作，识别技术需求、评估解决方案并提出改进建议；监控系统运行、执行日常维护，并记录流程与配置；参与制定技术标准、政策和指南，为终端用户提供系统使用及最佳实践的培训与指导；紧跟新兴技术和行业趋势，以提升系统能力与效率；遵守联邦法规和安全协议，包括管理访问控制及确保数据完整性；支持部队更新计划，通过培训新员工、协助技术资源入职及确保IT系统无缝集成来贡献力量；根据需要为管理层和利益相关者准备报告、演示文稿和技术文档。 【任职要求】 具备执行信息技术系统相关技术职责的能力；能够分析、设计、开发、实施和维护计算机系统、网络及软件应用；具备排查和解决复杂技术问题的技能；拥有与跨职能团队协作以识别技术需求并推荐解决方案的经验；熟悉系统监控、维护及文档编写；了解技术标准、政策和指南的制定；具备为终端用户提供培训与指导的能力；关注新兴技术和行业趋势；遵守联邦法规和安全协议，包括访问控制和数据完整性管理；支持员工培训与发展，协助技术资源入职及系统集成；能够准备技术报告、演示文稿和文档。

Basic Requirement: A degree in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management. Alternatively, a degree that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems, or networks. All academic degrees and coursework must be from accredited or pre-accredited institutions. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Professional knowledge of basic principles, concepts, and practices of operations research analysis, scientific methods, and techniques. Candidates must demonstrate management or leadership potential and meet the general experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Professional and Scientific Positions.

The Air Force Personnel Center manages civilian training programs, including the PALACE Acquire program, for the U.S. Air Force. It is responsible for force renewal and development, and international affairs administration.
