Foreign Affairs Advisor

As a Foreign Affairs Advisor in the Semester of Service Program, you will support Federal missions through a volunteer project-based opportunity. Your primary responsibilities include conducting research and analysis on international affairs topics, drafting concise research summaries, policy memos, and briefing materials, and utilizing qualitative research methods and open-source information gathering to inform policy recommendations.

Applicants must be enrolled at least half-time in an accredited trade school, technical or vocational institute, junior college, college, university, or other accredited educational institution. Participation must be with the permission of the institution at which the student is enrolled.
