岗位职责
The Assistant Registered Nurse Manager (ANM) for Nursing Acute Care assigned to 8West has responsibility and accountability for the direction and oversight of specific orientation, training, and development of staff.
The ANM provides input into the evaluation of individual staff performance and functions as a role model, educator, practitioner, and leader to the team.

Basic Requirements: English Language Proficiency (per 38 U.S.C.
7403(f)).
Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate accrediting agency (ACEN or CCNE).
