岗位职责
The Assistant Registered Nurse Manager (ANM) for Nursing Acute Care assigned to 8West is responsible for the direction and oversight of specific orientation, training, and development of staff.
This role provides input into the evaluation of individual staff performance and functions as a role model, educator, practitioner, and leader to the team.
The ANM ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care by guiding nursing staff, implementing evidence-based practices, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Basic Requirements: English Language Proficiency (per 38 U.S.C.
7403(f)).
Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate accrediting agency (ACEN or CCNE) at the time of program completion.
