Registered Nurse - Psychiatric Recovery & Wellness Program

The Registered Nurse in the Domiciliary Mental Health (MH) program provides competent, evidence-based care to patients living with substance use disorder and/or mental health conditions. This role is patient-centered and recovery-oriented, requiring self-awareness and a focus on holistic care. Key responsibilities include: Participating actively in the MH interdisciplinary treatment team to develop and implement care plans. Conducting patient safety and environment of care rounds to ensure a safe therapeutic setting.
