As a Disability Case Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing disability claims and return-to-work programs for clients. Your primary duties include:
Case Management: Assess, plan, coordinate, and monitor disability cases from initial report to resolution. Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' medical, functional, and vocational status to develop individualized return-to-work plans.

Education: Degree or diploma in Kinesiology, Massage Therapy, Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA), Physiotherapy Assistant (PTA), or a related health profession.
Experience: Entry-level position; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
