As an Entry-Level/Trainee/Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building and managing a candidate pipeline and client relationships within the technology sector.
Your daily activities will include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities.
You will also develop and maintain a network of clients by understanding their hiring needs and presenting qualified candidates.
You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact through offer negotiation and placement.
