Your primary duties include: Sourcing and attracting top-tier candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Conducting thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure alignment with client requirements.

Qualifications and requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (recent graduate or final year student preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
