As a Trainee Salesperson, you will be responsible for driving sales activities within a fast-paced recruitment environment. Your primary duties include:
Sales Development: Proactively identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers to achieve sales targets.
Client Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs, present suitable solutions, and negotiate terms to close deals.
