As a Trainee Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through proactive client engagement and business development activities. Your primary duties include:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and target potential clients through market research, cold calling, and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Sales Execution: Present and promote our recruitment services to clients in the Engineering, IT, Tech, and Finance sectors.
