Trainee Recruiter

As a Trainee Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving the full recruitment lifecycle within a fast-paced sales environment. Your primary focus will be on sourcing, attracting, and placing top-tier candidates for client roles, while building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Key responsibilities include: Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Conducting initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability, skills, and cultural fit.

Qualifications and requirements: Strong desire to build a career in sales and recruitment, with a competitive and results-driven mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
