As a Recruitment Consultant (Graduate/Trainee), you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for clients in the Engineering, Technical, IT, and Finance sectors. Your primary duties include:
Client Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, providing consultative advice on market trends, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Candidate Sourcing: Proactively sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
