As the Talent Development Lead (Early Careers), you will be responsible for designing, leading, and evolving high-quality, inclusive early careers programmes across the organisation, including apprenticeships and graduate pathways. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing strategies that attract, develop, and retain early career talent, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
You will oversee the full lifecycle of early careers programmes, from recruitment and onboarding to ongoing development and progression.
