Human Factors Internship - Inklusiver Job

As a Human Factors Intern, you will support the Human Factors Engineering team within Future Programmes at Airbus Defence and Space. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the design and evaluation of human-machine interfaces for future aerospace systems. You will contribute to user research activities, such as conducting literature reviews, preparing and running usability tests, and analyzing user feedback to inform design improvements. You will help create and maintain human factors documentation, including task analyses, user requirements, and design guidelines.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Factors, Ergonomics, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Basic knowledge of human factors principles and methods, such as usability testing, task analysis, or user-centered design.
