As a Commercial Associate Intern at Cassina, you will support the retail team in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales performance. Your responsibilities will include:
Client Relations and Sales Support:
Welcome and assist clients in the showroom, providing detailed product knowledge and design consultation.
Support the sales team in managing client relationships, including follow-ups, order processing, and after-sales service.
Assist in organizing client events and private appointments to enhance customer engagement.
