As a Controlling Assistant, you will support the financial management and controlling functions within the Finance department of a leading beauty division.
Your primary responsibilities include assisting in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
You will collaborate with business partners to ensure accurate financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
Key duties involve monitoring and analyzing financial performance against targets, identifying variances, and proposing corrective actions.

Prior experience in financial controlling, accounting, or audit is preferred, but entry-level candidates with strong academic backgrounds may be considered.
