As a CRM Specialist Intern at Cassina, you will support the marketing team in building and maintaining meaningful customer relationships through data-driven strategies and personalized experiences. Your primary responsibilities include:
Customer Data Management: Assist in the collection, organization, and analysis of customer data from various sources (e.g., sales, website, events) to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Support the maintenance of the CRM database, including segmentation, profiling, and data cleansing activities.
