The Facility Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive support to ensure the smooth operation of facility services within the LVMH Beauty Italy division.
This role involves coordinating and managing daily facility activities, including maintenance, security, and space planning, to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
The assistant will oversee vendor relationships, schedule repairs and inspections, and handle administrative tasks such as inventory management and budget tracking.

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility management or administrative support.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
