Psychology Program Manager - Primary Care Behavioral Health

The Psychology Program Manager for Primary Care Behavioral Health oversees the integration of behavioral health services within primary care settings. This role involves managing a team of psychologists and other behavioral health providers, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include developing and implementing clinical programs, supervising staff, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with VA policies and accreditation standards.

Qualifications: Must be a U.S. citizen. Proficient in spoken and written English. Hold a doctoral degree in psychology from an APA, PCSAS, or CPA accredited program, with a specialty area consistent with the assignment (excluding school psychology).
