Apprentice Chefs - Breakfast

As an Apprentice Chef in our Breakfast Service team, you will work in the Café Mix Kitchen, contributing to the preparation and presentation of high-quality breakfast dishes for hotel guests and visitors. Your responsibilities include assisting senior chefs in daily kitchen operations, such as ingredient preparation, cooking, and plating. You will learn to maintain consistency in food quality and presentation, adhering to established recipes and standards. You will also support the team in managing food inventory, ensuring proper storage and rotation of ingredients to minimize waste.

To be successful in this role, you should have a genuine passion for food and cooking, with a desire to pursue a career in the culinary arts. Previous experience in a kitchen environment, such as a restaurant or hotel, is preferred but not required.
