Registered Nurse - Nursing Officer of the Day

The Nursing Officer of the Day (NOD) provides administrative oversight, clinical leadership, and coordination of hospital operations during off tours, weekends, holidays, and other designated tours of duty. The NOD independently exercises judgment in addressing staffing concerns, patient care issues, emergency situations, and operational challenges while promoting safe, high-quality care and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Basic Requirements: English Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in basic written and spoken English per 38 U.S.C. 7403(f).
