Wall and Ceiling Lining Apprenticeship

As a Wall and Ceiling Lining Apprentice, you will work under the guidance of experienced tradespeople on a variety of residential and commercial projects. Your primary responsibilities include installing, repairing, and finishing wall and ceiling linings, such as plasterboard, gyprock, and other sheet materials. You will learn to measure, cut, and fit materials to walls and ceilings, ensuring precise alignment and secure attachment. You will also apply joint compounds, tape, and texture finishes to create smooth, seamless surfaces ready for painting or decorating.

To be successful in this role, you must have a genuine interest in the construction industry and a willingness to learn the wall and ceiling lining trade. You should possess a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
