As a Pastry Intern, you will work closely with our skilled pastry chefs in a central kitchen environment, gaining hands-on experience in pastry production and contributing to daily operations. Your responsibilities include:
Assisting pastry chefs with daily production tasks such as weighing and preparing ingredients, cookie cutting, and dough portioning.
Supporting the preparation of various pastry items, including mixing, shaping, and baking.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations according to food safety standards.
