As a Graduate Trainee Recruiter, you will be immersed in a fast-paced environment where you will develop your business acumen, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills in the field of HR and recruitment. Your primary responsibilities include:
Sourcing and Attracting Talent: Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
