As an Office & Hospitality Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office while delivering exceptional hospitality to guests and team members. Your primary duties include: Managing office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships to maintain a well-stocked and organized workspace. Coordinating meeting room bookings, setting up audio-visual equipment, and preparing refreshments for internal and external meetings. Greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and directing inquiries to appropriate team members.

To succeed in this role, you should have: At least 1-2 years of experience in office administration, hospitality, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
