岗位职责
As an Internship Field Agronomist, you will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of field trials for agronomic experimentation.
Your primary responsibilities include assisting in trial design and setup, ensuring adherence to protocols, and collecting accurate data on crop growth, yield, and environmental conditions.
You will collaborate with senior agronomists to evaluate trial outcomes, identify issues, and recommend adjustments.
Additionally, you will maintain field equipment, manage trial documentation, and contribute to reports summarizing findings.
