Internship in - Guest Relations Officer

As a Guest Relations Officer intern, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. Your primary duties include: Welcoming guests upon arrival, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, and providing personalized service to meet individual needs. Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary. Coordinating with front desk, concierge, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications and requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in hospitality management, tourism, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
