As a Graduate Engineering Manager at Amazon Operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless flow of customer orders from click to delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Operational Management: Oversee daily operations within the fulfillment center, including inbound and outbound processes, inventory management, and sortation. You will lead teams to meet productivity, quality, and safety targets, while continuously improving workflows.
Process Improvement: Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
