As an Apprentice Trainer within the Learning team, you will be responsible for delivering training and development programs to apprentices in the field of auto electrical systems. Your primary duties include:
Designing and conducting training sessions that cover theoretical and practical aspects of auto electrical work, ensuring alignment with industry standards and company procedures.
Assessing apprentice progress through evaluations, practical demonstrations, and written tests, providing constructive feedback to support skill development.

A qualified Auto Electrician certification or equivalent trade qualification.
Proven experience as an Auto Electrician, with a strong understanding of electrical systems in heavy equipment or automotive contexts.
