As an intern in our recruitment team, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple facets of the recruitment lifecycle. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Assist in identifying and attracting top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. You will review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements.
Client Support: Work closely with senior recruiters to understand client needs, prepare job descriptions, and coordinate interview schedules.
