Apprentice and Employment Consultant - Rockhampton

As an Apprentice and Employment Consultant, you will manage a diverse caseload of apprentices, trainees, and job seekers, providing end-to-end support to ensure successful outcomes. Your responsibilities include: Case Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of apprenticeships and traineeships, from initial registration to completion. Conduct regular check-ins with apprentices and employers to monitor progress, address challenges, and facilitate retention. Employer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to identify apprenticeship and employment opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you will need: Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role within employment services, apprenticeship management, or workforce development. Experience in case management and employer engagement is highly desirable.
