The EAP Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and delivering Employee Assistance Program services to support the behavioral health and well-being of employees. Key responsibilities include:
Providing professional psychological treatments to a full range of patient populations, including assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based interventions.
Offering professional advice and consultation to management, supervisors, and employees on behavioral health issues, workplace stress, and crisis intervention.

Qualifications and requirements:
Must be a citizen of the United States.
Must be proficient in written and spoken English.
Must hold a doctoral degree in psychology from an APA, PCSAS, or CPA accredited program, with a specialty consistent with the assignment.
